Egressif isn't only a delivery network. We are a mailbox provider. We provision and operate standards-based mailboxes on our own infrastructure, kept authenticated, filtered, and clean.
A sending identity that cannot receive is half an identity. Replies, bounces, out-of-office notices, and threads all need somewhere to land. Somewhere with real protocol access, real filtering, and real operational care. That is what a mailbox is, and it is why serious sending operations (human or automated) get built on mailboxes rather than fire-and-forget endpoints.
Ours run on the same owned infrastructure as the rest of the platform. That buys two things a bolted-on mailbox vendor cannot give you. First, the authentication for every mailbox identity is guaranteed consistent with the DNS and signing layers. Second, the operational standards (TLS, monitoring, anti-abuse) are the same systems that protect our delivery reputation. Because they are literally the same systems.

Standards-based access (IMAP / SMTP / JMAP)
Connect any compliant mail client, library, or platform. These are real, interoperable mailboxes speaking the open protocols, including modern JMAP for efficient programmatic access. Not a proprietary API pretending to be email.
Provisioning at any scale
Create one mailbox or hundreds in a batch, through the console or the API, including CSV-driven bulk creation. There are separate mailbox types for humans and for system use, each with appropriate defaults.
Aliases and identities
A mailbox can carry multiple addresses and aliases, managed centrally and kept consistent with DNS and authentication. Every identity a mailbox answers to is also an identity it can legitimately send as.
Server-side filtering, built visually
Route incoming mail to folders by subject, body, header, sender, or recipient. Mark as read, auto-create folders, tag with custom headers for downstream automation. Rules are configured in the console and enforced on the server, so they work even when no client is connected.
Forwarding that preserves the conversation
Forward to other addresses while keeping a copy, with reply paths and threading intact. That is the difference between delegation that works and forwarded messages that fail DMARC and strand replies.
Spam and noise handling
Optional filtering files suspected spam into Junk and can quietly drop bulk-precedence noise. Tunable per mailbox, so working inboxes stay focused on real correspondence.
Warmup-tool compatible
Mailboxes work cleanly with reputation and seeding workflows. Warmup traffic can be tagged and filed automatically, so it never pollutes the working inbox or your metrics.
Programmatic everything
Creation, aliasing, filter rules, and credentials are all manageable via API. A platform can provision a complete receiving-capable identity for a customer, or for an AI agent, in one call.
Privacy, by design
We operate the mailboxes. We never read them. Egressif does not access or store message bodies or mailbox contents. Our access stops at provisioning, configuration, and operational status, and that is a contractual commitment rather than a courtesy.
